One of our recent renovations, a modern 3 bedroom residential property still is one of our favorite developments to date. Located in Chicago’s South Side, our goal was to add a touch of vibrance and luxury within each room.

Our Solution

The landlord of this apartment reached out to CRI Staging after feeling the interior space was outdated, dull, and mundane. They hosted numerous viewings and had dozens of prospective tenants, however no one seemed to connect with the property. After conducting a thorough consultation, we mapped out the space and furnished it with textured rugs, plush bedding and yellow accent pieces for a color pop. The result? A leased property within two weeks of working with the CRI Staging team!
