Is Home Staging Worth it?
The cost of staging a house you are selling seems to be a waste, but like other popular...
CRI Staging adds value to your home while helping it to sell faster. We can stage empty, partially furnished, or fully furnished homes, and also offer interior design that creates memorable spaces as well as design assistance – so your vision and style are incorporated into your new living spaces even before they are constructed.
Selling a home is a major endeavor. We help realtors, investors, and homeowners close deals faster by staging their homes beautifully and quickly. Whether your space is vacant, partially furnished, or fully furnished, we will make it stand out from the competition.
Our interior designers create sumptuous, imaginative interiors that reflect your aspirations, lifestyles, personalities, and brand. We create aesthetically exciting interiors and oversee each aspect of the project’s completion, from design conception to final installation.
We secure the best results for your residential construction project by incorporating design into the initial planning phases. We work with architects, contractors, and construction companies to help envision living spaces that reflect your personality and the highest level of design.
At CRI Staging, we have honed our process through years of successful staging and client interactions. When you work with us, here is what you can expect:
We meet with you to understand your goals, your style, and your aspirations.
We go to work, using advanced technology and our design sense to create a design that you will love.
With your design approval, we source high-quality, cost-effective materials and items that make your space outstanding.
Our professionals deliver and set up everything, ensuring your space is marvelous and unforgettable.
Whether a potential buyer is driving by or touring your home, their experience with your property begins at the exterior’s first impression. Presentation is key and it starts by ensuring your guests are impressed before they open the door.
With so many competitive rentals on the market it pays to have a competitive edge. Staging gives that extra edge that sets you apart from the competition. What makes staging so powerful is it helps renters make a personal connection to the space. They can see themselves living in the unit. This is the type of connection that leads to long term lease signing.
We took chances here by painting the ceiling and half of the wall with a pop of navy blue against the pure white lower wall. Most landlords or flippers prefer to stay as neutral as possible. But no one remembers neutral or routine. Everyone remembers bold, different and exciting! A good design is always memorable. Be Different!
Opening up a wall can make all the difference in the world. Making linear moves in your design makes spaces feel immediately larger. This is why we used taller cabinets and longer handles than most consumers are use to seeing. The contrasting cabinet colors gave the entire design depth and dimension. The results, a kitchen that wowed!
Watch videoWe turned the empty space under the nook into cabinet storage and added a marble top with a wireless phone charger. The staging concept was to bring warmth and functionality to compliment these upgrades.
In this bland bedroom we was shooting for a boutique hotel feel. By adding a few wood strips and accent color the wall became more interesting and attractive. Staging with canary yellow here and there gave it personality. One prospect stated she came to see if this place actually existed LOL
This kitchen needed a overhaul badly but budget was tight. By simply refinishing the cabinets and adding some nice inexpensive handles we were able to rent this unit in less than 7 days. We added voice activated, soft accent, under the cabinet lighting for the "WOW thats cool" factor. The gold faucet and gold cabinets pulls sealed the deal.
This bedroom went from 0-360. Because we were involved in this project from start to finish we were able to integrate some really cool features. Smart light switches and outlets were hardwired throughout the room. This allowed for total control of the lighting with a few simple voice commands. The lighting and refinished floors helped to bring warmth and texture when combined with the staging finishes. This truly was more than just another pretty space.
Homes staged by us sell for more and sell faster than those that are un-staged.
